This package is an innovative combination of a personalised 1:1 Pilates session, tailored to your specific needs, and a curated IV Drip designed to replenish your body’s essential vitamins and minerals.
Your journey starts with an individually Prescribed 1:1 Pilates session. Here, you’ll work with one of the highly esteemed Nobu Pilates Instructors who will help you improve your form, posture, and directly target your unique needs. Each session is meticulously tailored to ensure the maximum benefit for each client.
Following your Pilates session, you will be treated to an exclusive IV Nutrition menu, created by REVIV IV. This includes a one-off blend that is only available as part of this package. The carefully formulated IV Drip provides your body with the vitamins and minerals it requires to promote overall wellness and recovery post-Pilates. Furthermore, it aids in enhancing energy levels, improving mood and sleep, maintaining normal hydration, and supporting the immune system.
