NOBU BAR | COCKTAILS IN MARYLEBONE

Nobu Bar, nestled discreetly in the heart of Marylebone, exudes an irresistible allure, making it the perfect destination for those seeking bespoke cocktails and a globally sourced selection of wines. Designed by David Collins Studio, Nobu Bar interior envelops guests in an ambiance of deep, rich tones, shimmering surfaces, and cosy corners.

At the helm of the Nobu Bar’s journey is Sophie Bratt, whose remarkable 20-year experience in the industry has given rise to an array of innovative concoctions, inspired flavour pairings, and the introduction of an authentic Izakaya experience—bringing the essence of an informal Japanese bar to the heart of London’s Marylebone.

Drawing inspiration from the world-renowned Nobu Matsuhisa, the menu unfolds like a passport journey across the globe, each cocktail a masterful creation inspired by the myriad countries Nobu has explored and worked in.

And for those seeking more than just a sensory delight, we offer a weekly rendezvous with some of London’s most exciting talent every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Kickstart your weekend early with the unveiling of “Drop The Beat” on Thursday 28th September, featuring a brand-new cocktail menu launch and a spectacular line-up of female DJs to grace our stage.
