Our Executive Chef, Michael Paul has put a Japanese twist on the classic Afternoon tea, in true Nobu style, incorporating a fusion of flavours, crafted to tantalise your tastebuds. Twists on the signatures found in Nobu Portman Square include a selection of cup sushi to start, Crispy Chicken Kara-age to follow and a Hojicha cheescake – to name but a few.
The inspiration for the Afternoon Tea is drawn from the works of artist Gavin Mitchell, whose works can be found throughout the hotel and on the menu – blending a juxtaposition of Eastern and Western cultures with traditional and contemporary life.
Experience for £68 per person or £63 if you would like to experience our vegan afternoon tea.
